If your tracking shows that your international package was “delivered” in New York — don’t worry! This simply means your order has reached the U.S. international mail facility. From there, it’s being processed and assigned a new international tracking number before leaving the country.
Once the new tracking number is active, you’ll receive an email update with a fresh tracking link so you can continue following your package as it travels to your destination.
