Shipping Notifications
Once your order is shipped, we send you a shipping notification email. This email will contain important tracking information that allows you to keep an eye on your package's journey. Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, they may be processed at different warehouses and shipped separately. In such cases, you will receive a separate email notification for each package.
Checking Order Status
If you haven't received a shipment confirmation email or if you're unable to find it, we recommend checking your spam folder. Also, you can easily check your order status by visiting the Order History section in your account. This will provide you with the most up-to-date information about your order.
My International Package Was Confirmed Delivered in New York. What's Happening?
If you see that your international package has been confirmed as delivered in New York, there is no need to worry. This means that your package has reached the international mail sort facility in New York and is in the process of being assigned a new international tracking number from USPS.
As soon as the new international tracking number is applied to your package, you will receive an email from us with the updated tracking link. This link will allow you to track your package as it moves along in the postal system towards its international destination address. We kindly ask for your patience during this process.
