However, due to our streamlined order processing system, we regret to inform you that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or edited. However, all orders are of course eligible for Return or Exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Immediate Processing for Timely Delivery
As soon as an order is submitted, it is promptly forwarded to our production facility or partner supplier for immediate processing. This ensures that your order is prepared and shipped as soon as possible, allowing us to maintain our commitment to timely delivery.
Made-to-Order and Direct Sourcing
To provide you with the best possible selection and quality, most of our items are made-to-order or sourced directly from the official merchandise suppliers of the artists we collaborate with. This means that once an order is processed, it enters the production or sourcing phase, making it not possible to cancel or edit.
Size Change Requests
We understand that sizing can sometimes be a concern when purchasing clothing online. To help you make the right choice, we provide detailed size charts for each product on our website. We strongly recommend reviewing these charts before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
In case you realize that you need to change the size after placing your order, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, due to the immediate processing and production of orders, we cannot accommodate size change requests once an order has been submitted.
